Join us in August for these exciting events! We are gearing up for our annual Autumn in the Botanic Garden – get involved by making a Scarecrow. Plus, we’re looking for photography submissions for a 2025 calendar!

Early Member Mornings are EVERY Friday through Aug. 30. Members can visit starting at 8:30 a.m.

August 2, 10:30 a.m.: First Friday Horticulture Tour

August 2: DIG Tickets go on sale!

August 3, 11 a.m.: Tree Fort Storytime: Bees

August 10, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.: Second Saturday Dog Day
We’ll have cooling stations with wading pools and pup cups while they last. 

August 19: Scarecrow Registration Opens!

August 19, 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.: Blue Moon Nature Hike

August general admission hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Tuesdays through Sundays.

Enter our Photography Contest!

Do you have some great shots of plants, wildlife, nature, scenery that you’ve taken at the Botanic Garden?  We’re looking for photos for a 2025 calendar that we’ll sell in our gift shop.

Photos must be at least 2550 px tall by 3300 wide.  Submit up to 3 photo through August 31.
